香港近日發生一宗公屋收樓悲劇，一對患有精神分裂症及躁鬱症的母子，於2017年獲編配天水圍公屋單位，但去年遭房屋署揭發在輪候公屋期間未有申報兩項個人資產，因此被認定不符合獲得公屋資格，母子兩度上訴均被拒絕。房屋署於今年3月發出遷出通知，要求母子限期前遷出。家屬指責房屋署未有充分考慮母子精神情緒狀況，過程中多次以書面催促，導致母子壓力急增，情緒崩潰。最終兩人在短短八個月內先後輕生。房屋局局長何永賢稱已提供恩恤安排，包括轉介社工及中轉屋，但死者家屬質疑程序缺乏人性考量。 ...
